Now Offering Cake Smash Sessions | Roswell Baby's 1st Year Cake Smash Photographer
Yesterday I shared a film and photos from an in-home “Where the Wild Things Are” themed birthday party. It was a fun way to capture baby’s first cake smash on video and in photos. Each parent has a different vision for how they are going to celebrate and capture this moment in time. Which is where this new session offering came in.
Last fall I also started offering studio cake smash sessions after a long time client of mine asked for one.
These super simple sessions can be setup in studio, or right in your own home! I bring a paper backdrop (re: easy cleanup), decor, and a cake stand. You provide the cake and a happy baby who can’t wait to get messy!
We did this cake smash in my client’s home. One thing loved about it was I also did their newborn session here, so it was fun to revisit and take a few images in the nursery a year later! I also before we start diving in to the messy part, get a few simple portraits of them.
