Edison Turns 1 | Atlanta Family Photographer and Event Videographer

I met this family back in the summer when I came to their beautiful mountain home to capture some milestone images of their happy little boy. We had such a wonderful time, and I had so much fun capturing all of his smiles and sweet personality.

Last fall they asked me to come back to document his big first birthday! They put so much thought in to his “Where the Wild Things Are” themed birthday celebration. The day was full of family, food, and laughter, and I was so fortunate to be a part of it.

I was also asked this time around to make a short film of the occasion. If you’ve been around here long enough you know that I also offer videography services in the form if what I call Family Films to my clients. They are kind of like your dad’s old VHS videos, but way better. I like to fuse together clips of everyone together, the sound of laughter, and focus on the little moments that seem so little now, but later you will be glad you have them on video. I add in some music to fit the feel of the day, and pull it all together in a keepsake you can watch year after year.
