It’s that time of year again and I cannot wait to see so many of my returning and new families for their fall & Christmas mini sessions this season! I host these Atlanta mini sessions seasonally as an easy and convenient way for families to update their family photos for holiday gifts, and of course their holiday greeting card!
Atlanta Area Mini Session Locations
This year I will be hosting mini sessions in 6 different locations in and around Atlanta. Each location offers something unique for your fall family mini session. From pretty parks, to sunflowers, and even a gorgeous Christmas studio set, there is a location that will fit your family!
The mini session season kicks off on September 10 at Winn Park in the Ansley Park neighborhood of Atlanta. This sweet park features lots of stone stairs, a pond, and lots of lush greenery!
On September 30, we head to the Fausett Sunflower farm in Dahlonega, GA for sunflower mini sessions! Each year this farm plants of sunflowers on their 30+ acres for people to enjoy and take their family photos in!
Next up is one of my all time faves in the Roswell/Johns Creek area, Garrard Landing Park on October 22. There’s a covered bridge, a small creek, and lots of open fields to play in! I scheduled these sessions for the evening when the sun really glows and shows off your family!
We then head to Bulloch Hall in Historic Downtown Roswell . There are lots of stunning spots here, but I am really hoping the fall colors will be showing off for these on October 29.
Another one of my favorite year-round locations is West Milford Farm, and we will be there on November 2. This location has a beautiful greenhouse, lots of rolling hills, a tree swing, and some rustic barns, all which set the perfect backdrop for your fall family mini session.
The last mini session of the season will be at Kiah Studios in Downtown Woodstock. They have planned a really beautiful and classic Christmas design this year, and it will be the perfect place to come dressed in your holiday best!

What’s included in mini sessions?
Each session is 20 minutes long which is more than enough time to get you a great variety of family photos! I have been a family photographer for 7+ years and have worked with many big/small, young/old families. I have lots of tricks up my sleeve to not only get those smiling & looking at the camera photos, but also lots of fun & interactive moments that capture the personality of your family.
I do ask that you included immediate family only due to the short time of these sessions, if you would like to include extended family you can book 2 sessions back-to-back, or contact me to chat about planning a custom session for you.
Your $450 session fee will include your choice of 10 edited digital images, but you have the opportunity to purchase additional images, or upgrade to your full gallery of 20+ images at a discounted rate!
What if none of the mini session dates work for me?
I have a limited number of weekday openings for full, custom 1 hour family sessions. Please inquire to learn more about pricing and availability.
