Is it just me, or is everyone else sad that October is over? It's like summer ended and fall began, kind of, for us in the south it still feels like summer sans the humidity. Now we go full steam ahead into the holiday season! As much as I love this time of year, I am not ready for the way it speeds up the clock and flashes by in a glittery haze! So to drag out my love of October and all things fall, I am going to share some of my favorites from one of the pumpkin patch family sessions I did a couple of weeks ago.

I truly enjoyed spending an evening with this family. Their daughter, Pandora, is 10 months old and going through some teething, which meant she was a little stuffy and not feeling her best. As a lifestyle photographer, and most of all Mom, I learn just to embrace it. It will just be part of the story they tell about her first trip to the pumpkin patch. It was a beautiful evening for hay rides and pumpkin picking with friends, I'll share the other family that joined us tomorrow!
