4 Quick Tips for Picking Outfits for your Brand Session | Marietta Brand Photographer
As a Marietta Brand Photographer, I know choosing your outfits for your brand session can seem like a daunting task. Luckily I have lots of tools to help you through that process.
If you are going to shop on your own, or if you’re working with a stylist, here are a few key points to keep in mind for choosing the right outfits for your brand session, and insuring your photos have the look you want to achieve!
What are your brand colors?
This is probably the easiest place to start narrowing down choices when shopping! Look for a statement piece in your brand’s signature color, and then add a couple of tops or in your complimentary/alternate brand colors.
This also helps when you are putting images on your website, or adding the to social, everything will look cohesive!
2. How do the clothes fit? | Marietta Brand Photographer
Be sure they have a flattering fit and aren’t something you’ll feel self conscious in or that you’ll be adjusting constantly. This can really kill the whole vibe of your shoot day.
3. What does your location look like??
Are your clothes going to blend in too much with the background, or will they clash? I’m planning your session we’ll likely avoid this, but still something to think about.

Are you looking to uplevel with a more professional look? Or maybe you’re trying to give your potential clients a more relaxed personal feel from your norm. Either way, dressing the part do where you are and where you want to be will help you create content you’ll be able to use for a long time!
